Community involvement
We’re committed to giving back to the communities where we operate and to supporting our employees’ philanthropic efforts. We support a variety of charitable organizations selected by our employees through direct cash contributions, donations in kind (e.g., IT equipment, furniture, meeting room space), corporate sponsorships, paid time off for employee volunteering, and more.
We also recognize that our employees are passionate about many of their own charitable causes and organizations, so we support these through various matching programs, including 1:1 matching for employee donations and employee event fundraising, donating $100 for every 20 hours of employee volunteering.
