Campus hiring at Kinaxis India: A journey of connection and opportunity

Campus hiring has always been a key pillar of our talent strategy at Kinaxis—and this year, we proudly continued that tradition in India.

Over the course of two months, we visited six of the country’s top NIRF-ranked institutions, connecting with hundreds of bright, ambitious students. These campus visits were more than just recruiting trips—they were opportunities to engage in real conversations, share what makes Kinaxis unique, and explore the future of supply chain innovation together.

From this exceptional talent pool, we welcomed 26 standout students into our January internship program—a six-month journey that offers the potential to transition into full-time roles upon successful completion. At Kinaxis, we view campus hiring as a two-way exchange: a chance for us to discover new voices, and for students to get a genuine sense of who we are, how we work, and what we believe in.
