What is an Associate Solution Consultant?
ASCs play a key role in implementing and optimizing Kinaxis’ supply chain orchestration platform, Maestro. Working closely with customers, you’ll help configure solutions, support business process transformation, and ensure our technology delivers real-world value. It’s a dynamic role that blends technical expertise, consulting skills, and industry knowledge.
As an ASC, you will:
- Engage in deep-dive discovery sessions with customers to understand their supply chain challenges
- Configure and test Kinaxis solutions to align with business needs
- Train customer teams and provide ongoing support
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success
