We started making intentional strides in this space in 2020 – beginning with the official launch of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee. Here's how it works!
This volunteer-based committee includes employees from all levels of the company and has played a key role in defining a DEI vision for Kinaxis. This team has evaluated and selected company-wide DEI training and ensured that the voices and concerns of historically marginalized groups are incorporated in all our programs and processes.
DEI in action
Over the last three years, we’ve made efforts to refine our DEI roadmap into strategic focus areas and introduced formal goals to hold ourselves accountable in our progress. Our commitment extends to our hiring philosophy, where we’re devoted to ensuring that all candidates receive equitable and fair consideration at each step of the process.
The Campus Recruitment team hires over 180 students each year across the globe. Our commitment to DEI helps us build dynamic and effective teams.

We know that diverse teams are strong teams, and we work with our hiring managers to look for the best qualified candidates from a variety of different schools and programs to participate in our co-op and internship programs.
