Kinaxis Inc. (TSX:KXS), provider of RapidResponse®, a leading cloud-based supply chain management solution based on concurrent planning, announced today that all of management’s nominees were elected as directors of Kinaxis to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed. Prior to the shareholder vote to elect the directors and as indicated in our press release of June 12, Douglas Colbeth, who was listed as a nominee in the management information circular of the company dated May 14, 2018, was removed as a management nominee following his resignation as Director and Chair of the Board for personal reasons and Ronald Matricaria, a Board member since 2014, was added as a management nominee.
