Autism@Work program

Kinaxis commits to having 1% of its workforce comprised of people with autism. This has added a diversity of thought and innovation to our team, while at the same time helping individuals, their families and our community live with autism.

Kinaxis InConcert

We're proud to partner with the Canadian Live Music Association to sponsor a 30-concert series that puts our talented artist community back on stage, where they belong, and for venues to bring their music to their fans at the height of pandemic restrictions.

Charitable matching

We support through cash donations per hour volunteered by team members, matching employee donations, and matching fundraising for employee events.

Because everyone needs a break… A monthly paid day off the last Friday of every month for all employees to unplug and recharge.
