The power partnership: elevating supply chain as a strategic growth driver through CSCO-CFO collaboration.
Supply chains today are at the forefront of business strategy, evolving far beyond cost control and operational efficiency. As the roles of Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) and Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) converge, the opportunity for breakthrough growth and agility emerges. Together, these two leaders can unlock new value streams by transforming the supply chain into a strategic lever for profitability and long-term success.
This exclusive dinner will open up the pathway for discussions exploring how visionary companies are fostering powerful CSCO-CFO partnerships to navigate disruption, drive profitability, and future-proof their operations. Join your peers and industry thought leaders as we uncover the keys to balancing digital transformation, risk, and financial alignment to create an adaptable, growth-oriented supply chain.
