Pauline is an experienced change management professional and has led multiple organizations through complex transformational changes in technology, process and culture. She currently leads the internal change management function at Kinaxis. She graduated with a double degree in Entrepreneurship & Strategy and Marketing Management and holds two professional change management certifications, one from Prosci and one from ACMP. Pauline is a passionate change agent dedicated to helping organizations cultivate a culture of growth and best-in-class workplace experiences.
